Cancellation & Refund Policy

Epic Foam & Fun Parties provides event-based entertainment services rather than physical retail products. Because our services are reserved for specific dates and times, the following cancellation and refund policy applies.
 

Cancellations

Customers may cancel their event by providing written notice.

  • Cancellations made 14 or more days before the scheduled event may be eligible for a full refund, less any non-refundable deposit.

  • Cancellations made within 7-13 days of the scheduled event may be eligible for a partial refund at the discretion of Epic Foam & Fun Parties.

  • Cancellations made fewer than 7 days before the scheduled event may not be eligible for a refund.
     

Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. Customers may request to reschedule their event, subject to availability.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests whenever possible.

Weather-Related Events
 

For events impacted by severe weather or unsafe conditions, Epic Foam & Fun Parties may offer rescheduling options based on availability.
 

Event Services Rendered

Once an event has been completed, services are considered delivered and are generally not eligible for refunds.
 

If a customer believes a significant issue occurred during service delivery, they should contact us within 48 hours so we can review the matter.
