Services
Epic Foam & Fun Parties provides foam parties, bubble parties, snow parties, and related event entertainment services. All services are subject to availability, weather conditions, venue suitability, and staffing availability.
Booking & Payment
A booking is not confirmed until payment, deposit, or written confirmation has been received.
Prices listed on this website are subject to change without notice. Any quoted price will be honored for the period specified in the quote.
Additional fees may apply for travel outside our standard service area, special requests, extended event times, or add-on services.
Event Requirements
Customers are responsible for providing:

Epic Foam & Fun Parties reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe for guests, staff, or equipment.
Weather Policy
Outdoor events are subject to weather conditions. In the event of severe weather, including lightning, high winds, or other unsafe conditions, events may be delayed, rescheduled, modified, or canceled at our discretion.
Foam & Equipment Safety
Our foam solution is designed to be non-toxic and biodegradable when used as directed. However, participants should avoid ingesting foam or intentionally exposing eyes to foam solution.
Participation in any activity provided by Epic Foam & Fun Parties is at the participant's own risk.
Customers acknowledge that outdoor surfaces may become slippery when wet and agree to exercise reasonable caution during participation.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation and refund policies may vary based on the service booked and timing of cancellation.
Deposits may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Rescheduling requests will be accommodated when possible, subject to availability.
Photos & Marketing
Epic Foam & Fun Parties may photograph or record events for promotional and marketing purposes unless the customer provides written notice requesting otherwise prior to the event.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Epic Foam & Fun Parties shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, website, equipment, or event activities.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
